Workshops, Courses & Coaching
Grete offers workshops, seminars and individual tuition on Åland and throughout the Nordic countries. Her work supports actors, singers and dancers at all levels — from beginners to professionals — and explores voice, breathing, embodiment, text interpretation and ensemble interaction.
Drawing on Nadine George Voice Work, she helps participants develop their vocal and physical expression through mindful integration of breath, sound and text, enabling performers to inhabit their material with confidence and presence.
Workshop formats range from single sessions to full weekend intensives and week‑long courses.
Performances
Grete has co‑created and performed in a range of stage works, combining theatrical movement, dramaturgy and poetic inquiry. These include:
RAVN – Perhaps I will stay and never return…
A theatrical exploration of loss, return and transformation, created collaboratively with dancers, designers and dramaturgs. The piece investigates universal themes of departure, memory and identity through physical and visual language.
Sömnens rymd
A poetico‑musical production inspired by the poetry of Robert Desnos, featuring original music and voice work that integrates song and spoken word. Premiered in Italy and later presented on Åland.
Other works include Jag lever än (with Greta Sundström) and Saul – The Rise and Fall of a King (with Alexander Lindberg), a stage production rooted in ancient narrative and contemporary resonance, presented both as theatre and as a radio play.
